Come to Daddy :-)

Massive thanks to BMW UK to their help :-)

I'm sure it will go well. Looks sweet but the subframe needs to be black.

Alzo

Love it...if only I had the wrists.
Good luck with the work ahead.

Abandoned with just zero availabilty for ANYTHING at the point I needed to pay the balance .. so it was looking like an expensive ornament.... Kept the 10RR for a bit before hoping back to BMW for this year :-)

Zero availability like what's out there for the Beemer at the moment (including the bike )

It would have been an ornament regardless I expect.
I've met 2 people on track that have handed them back to Ducati, another is giving it one last chance before he hands it back. And several were having issues at Mugello last year when I went. Even an Italian race team tried helping out as they new them pretty well. Even installed one of their race maps on it with no joy.

My mate has just bought one with 600 miles on. He's not worried but I would be having seen what I have.

What sort of problems????
Significantly faster than you.....

Thegodfather

A few were spitting their coolant out a lot.

But most were having quickshifter problems. One guy refused to ride it at Imola saying felt it was dangerous to ride. Not just a shift problem .Ducati don't seem to be able to get to the bottom of it.
I know this is the case with the guy giving it another chance

The BMW has been out with race teams since mid last summer - several british riders have been testing it at Cartgena and other euro spots - the GA availability of the bike is TBC but they exist just not in distribution yet.  Parts are online for purchase now ...

Last March Ducati couldn't even tell me when I could buy Ducati rear sets - eventually they told me I could get them in July - 4 months after the bike was scheduled to arrive.

New bikes are always a bit of a pita at day one, the ducati just much worse than most in my experience.
