Better off buying an older less technical model IMO.

I will buy a model I love the looks of next  be it a 10 yr old etc and find the best example I can of it. To this day i regret getting rid of my C1H and if i found a gleaming example with tasteful additions id snap one up, and not regret the purchase every time I rode it.

At the age of 26 unfortunately  i find my self unable to enjoy sports bikes anymore without significant pain , so i need something suitably mental but upright to replace them
Choice for that is vast...I have what they call an Adventure bike...a BMW S1000XR...165bhp of madness...I would argue its probably one of the quickest bikes I have owned...and I've had a few.

Needs to be an S model and change the bars and make the pegs a little wider with spacers to get better feel and control.
