Your bike could be the exception to the rule...ignorance is bliss...delete this thread...get Anna to knock you clean out...get concussion...and forget the whole sorry episode.

Only tried a GT Air in recent times...felt hollow inside...didn't touch the parts I wanted touching.
HJC head here...fit and finish is up there imo.

I’ll try PR5s in the SDR next. Close to needing a new rear after just 1200 miles
You won't be disappointed.

Are these the ones with a tread pattern that looks like it should be on a Adventure bike?
Reckon I’ll be going for Bridgestone S22 next.  Not heard a bad thing about them.
Yes and no...PR4s look like that...PR5s less so due to outer edges being a softer compound with no tread.
Choice is about mileage and combined ability...just giving an opinion on this tyre...not suggesting it's better or worse than others.
I would have continued with Bridgestones had they been able to cover 5k on a rear...2.5k is the best I've managed...1.8k the worst so far.

I will update once I have ridden in the wet...I know you masses will be eagerly awaiting this information.

Have you ridden in the wet yet?

I'm really impressed by Bridgestone S21s. I'm on my 2nd or 3rd set and can't see me changing (apart from to S22s)
I was happy with Bridgestones...but rear done in 2k miles...3.5k miles estimated in Euro trip...wanted a tyre to last the entire journey.
Not ridden in the wet yet...well I have...but not recently...but let the anticipation build...35 degree Lean angle is the safe limit...I'm going for 36 degrees in the interest of this site.

Fitted today...spirited ride tonight and I am very very impressed...loads of grip...transition from one side to another is fluid. I bought specifically for Euro trip to cover miles with ease...I was slightly nervous getting these...but fears are gone.

Smaller lighter engines with Superchargers...aerodynamics would play a massive part as would electronics...riders would play a lesser part.

The battery change...was it a new battery or just another battery...I had similar symptoms with a Honda a few bikes back...battery had beef to turn starter motor...but not enough spare to power up ignition system.

Yip...all personal choice...I do accept the H2 is a more special looking bike...but I do like what BMW have done...and I look forward to it filtering down to the Naked category that my bones favour.

Are we to skip the fact that your bike is Supercharged and the BMW is not?
The figures both bikes are making are tremendous...but they are not a like for like comparison in the making of those ponies.
As for looks that's always subjective...your bike will split opinions...as it happens I think the H2 looks amazing.

Couple of things to note

Standard fueling looks shit

My H2 made 199.8 at the wheel out the crate with massive ecu restriction

No doubt a phenomenal bit of kit

Never liked the look of them, this one dont change me mind

Rob
So in essence loads of scope to improve on and it still makes 206bhp.  :moto: :moto: :moto:

Need to see your Dyno video as proof.
