Gen 1 pillion seat latch help

Afternoon

Can anyone do me a favour and measure the depth of the seat latch for the 04/05 ZX10? Ive got one in the garage but not sure if its the right one as the pillion seat sits WAY too high. The latch im looking at is 2cm deep. The fixing points are the same as the subframe however im pretty sure its from another kwak hence the seat not fitting

If i remove the latch the seat fits a treat

EDIT the one i have has the following stamped on it 274-0b41 if thats of any use?

Are you fitting the latch above the cross member or below it? (if that makes sense)

Above it mate. Theres no space for it to be fitted on the underside and no holes for the male prongs from the seat to go through
