I can barely believe this but having done a couple of average ride outs this thing is crippling me. I'm old, overweight and must have been dreaming that it would be OK.

So I'm going to try and sell it being a good time of year and find something comfier.

Nov 06 749 Dark - one of the last made with the later R swingarm. Asking price includes rare custom made single seat cowl and lots of Ducati Performance carbon bits.

Good condition for its age. Has the usual Ducati crack in the clocks, small scratch in the tail unit and a few age related marks. Must be seen really.

No, a ninja didn't buy it. I actually sold it via Facebook. Didn't think that worked as a general rule but no stress hassle free.

Wasn't sure about selling it to be honest but I did make a bit of profit.

I'd love a 790 but not sure about the cost.

What happened to the retro considerations?

To be honest - I might just buy a 790, get it registered on cheap private plate and try and convince Mrs MOz it's a used bike 🙈

I was very impressed with the 790 at the show. Looked like a fun package...103bhp is plenty to have fun in the B roads and use it to its potential.

for what you want and will use it for just get a Street Triple R (whatever vintage you can afford/fancy) and enjoy. You've had one before, you know how much fun they are and it won't cripple you like a sports bike.

Looked at them - still lots of cash and no bargains out there. Time not on my side with just 2 months until aim away so wanted something pretty quick therefore.....
